CORE BUSINESS

We are specialized in styling, cad engineering, prototyping and validation applied to the body, frame and engine for bikes, scooters, mopeds and small three-four wheels vehicles.

 A staff of over 100 people with specific professional skill able to follow all stages of the vehicle development.

Integral part of the structure that complete the technical office project activities: 5 prototipation departments (modeling, milling, workshop for molds and steel and aluminum frames, dimensional controls, prototypes), 5 specialized departments (e-noise- vibrations, structural calculations, suspensions’ engineering), 9 laboratories for development and validation (fatigue bench, cam drum bench, endurance bench, stationary bench for engine development testing, emissions test bench , climatic chamber for cold start tests, road tests for vehicle set-up, evapo emission test room, semi-anechoic chamber for acoustic tests).

RACING DEPT

Our racing team regularly attends national and international races; the most prestigious outcomes are two Italian Championship titles in the 125 GP class and pole position in a 125 GP World Championship race.
