New SHED for the analysis of evaporative emissions

During the summer of 2016, a new laboratory for measurements of evaporative emissions was installed. Today, after the necessary tests and checks that guarantee its correct functioning, it is finally running at full capacity.

The laboratory is equipped with a SHED to perform emission measurements by evaporation in accordance with the most important regulations currently in force or coming.

In fact, both the hardware and the software have been developed to perform cycles in accordance with EU, Californian, Chinese, Indian, etc…  regulations.

Furthermore, a suitable bench to artificially affect the canister both with a mixture of nitrogen gasoline vapors and butane mixture with nitrogen has been installed.
